Akwaba Elephant D'OR
Solar power plant 300kW
Plant for the processing of cocoa mass and cocoa butter
Off-grid photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 300kW at the location of Central Africa (Ivory Coast) covering a constant consumption of 150kW, taking into account the conditions, high insolation and the need for energy storage (batteries) for night consumption or cloudy days.
BASIC ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM
1. Solar panels
System power: 300 kW (peak power)
Recommended panels: Monocrystalline, 500–550 W per panel
Number of panels: about 545–600 pieces (depending on the model)
Surface per panel: ~2 m²
Total required area: 1,200 – 1,500 m²
2. LiFePO4 battery system
Objective: Provide energy for 24 hours of autonomy
Daily energy consumption: about 1,800 kWh (depending on the simultaneity coefficient)
Battery capacity: recommended min. 2,000 kWh to 2,200 kWh
Voltages: 384 V or 512 V system, modular design
Type: Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) – for long life and safety
3. Inverters
Total inverter power: min. 300 kW (divided into 3 units of 100 kW)
Type: Three-phase, off-grid, hybrid
