About

Description of coffee

Coffee culture is highly developed in many tropical countries. Production is primarily intended for export. Furthermore, coffee is the second largest consumer commodity in the world, behind oil and before coal, meat, wheat and sugar.

We have 2 main types of coffee, Arabica and Robusta.

The difference between them is a matter of taste. The taste of robusta is stronger, bitter and powerful in contrast to mild arabica coffee, which is full of flavor and has great aromatic finesse. Arabica mainly thrives on high plateaus from 600 to 2000 meters above sea level, so to speak in the mountains.

Please note that the products obtained from coffee are mainly ground coffee for supermarkets, nespresso capsules and others.
Soluble coffee is a powder that easily dissolves in water for consumption.
Ivory Coast produces more than 910,000 tons of coffee of all varieties, the 4th African coffee producer.
